There is a no option for Refund / Return / Replacement / Cancellation on Baazu App.

Right now our gift facilities on Baazu App are only available within india. We are working for global also.

in case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue on info@baazuapp.com within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
